Storage Notes
Each hosting plan includes combined storage for your website files, database, and email accounts. When your plan’s storage limit is reached, new uploads or incoming emails may stop until space is freed or the plan is upgraded.
If you’d like emails hosted separately, we can migrate you to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- A one‑off setup / migration fee applies (typically £50).
- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace charge their own ongoing subscription, paid directly to them.
- After migration, your hosting storage is used solely for your website.
FAQs
What does “technical updates” include?
WordPress core, theme and plugin updates; SSL renewals; and routine security maintenance. Content changes (text/images) are covered by our Maintenance Plan.
Do website and email share the same storage?
Yes. Your plan’s GB covers website files, database, and email accounts. We can add storage or migrate email to Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
Can you move my site from another host?
Yes — migration is included on Starter and above.
What happens if I hit my limit?
New uploads or incoming emails may stop. We’ll help you free space, add GB (£2/month per GB), or upgrade your plan.
Do you provide monthly billing?
Annual pricing keeps costs low. Monthly options are available on request for Business and Pro.

I have worked with Chris since 2011 when he created Bristol Tuition’s website, and he has worked with us on a second one. It is Ai Tutor Training’s website, which was far more complicated. It hosts a Learning Management System platform with our courses on it, offers text with voiceover and printable docs. It also links with Stipe so we can trade online as well.
Chris was very knowledgeable and unflappable from start to finish. The whole process only took a month or so, from our first meeting to the final launch and Chris was responsive every step of the way. If I could give 5+++ stars I would! Thanks very much, Chris.
